API keys, immutable versions, release notes and blocking.

  • The key is an application API key with the communityIntegration:publish scope, minted in the admin console under Settings → API keys.
  • Publishing uploads dist/integration.js and dist/manifest.json. The registry re-validates the manifest and the bundle size.
  • A (domain, version) is published once and is immutable. Bump version for every change, including manifest-only changes.
  • Releases move through uploading → ready and may be set to blocked by a Novon administrator, which removes that version (or the whole domain) from every hub in the environment.

Publish to the staging environment first, install it on a hub there, then publish to production with the same artefacts.
