Permissions
Who can view, run and edit flows, and how mobile reaches the editor.

Running a flow by hand (the run tab) is everyday control, like running a smart app, so members can do it. Everything that changes a flow needs the manage automations permission.
Hub requirements
Flows need a hub. A location without one, or whose hub is offline or restarting, shows a banner and the editor becomes read-only until the hub is back.
On mobile
The mobile app does not embed the canvas. Flows in the Automations screen opens the web editor in a signed-in browser sheet (no second login), where everything above applies.
