How it works
Continues only if an attribute of a device currently equals, differs from, or compares numerically against a value. Temperature attributes are in your display unit.
Example
Time of day (9:00 PM) → Attribute is (TV volume above 40) → Control devices (TV volume 20)The TV is turned down at 9 only when it is loud.

Exits
